  • Position Description/Expectations

  • A successful satellite TV in-home service professional will have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills; basic electronics and/or audio/video knowledge is helpful. Strong customer service skills. Ability to stand for long periods on a ladder, lift over 70 lbs, crawl into small spaces and work in all climates. Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings. High school diploma or GED; college or tech/vocational school a plus. Cable industry experience a plus. Current valid driver's license. A white truck or van. Basic tools and ladders. Smart phone, tablet or laptop.

  • Retention Bonus: Tier 1: $1000 (max $250 draw, $100 on first week on route, then $10 a job) Tier 2: $500 (max $200 draw, $100 on first week of route; then $10 a job) Tier 3: $750 (max $250 draw, $100 on first week of route, then $10 a job) Tier 4: $500 (max $150 after 2 weeks riding and $100 for first week route) Tier 5: No retention. Will receive $100 draw the day of load out. Pay Metrics: Tier 1: 90 Install, 20 add. Room, 45 Service call. Tier 2: 85 Install, 18 add. Room, 40 Serive Call. Tier 3: 80 Install, 15 add. Room, 40 Service call. Tier 4: 75 Install, 12 add. Room, 35 Service call. Tier 5: 70 Install, 10 add. Room, 35 Service call. Expected Pay Weekly: First 30 Days: $400-500 30-60 Days: $500-800 60-90 Days: $800-1000 120+ Days: $1000-2000
